Create a Web Site with WebMatrix
1. Start WebMatrix:
2. Click Site From Template (prebuilt files and pages for different types of websites)
3. Select Empty Site, name the new site Hello World and click OK.
WebMatrix creates a new site and displays a workspace window with a menu at the top (to publish, run, start, or stop your web site). In the left pane there is a list of your web properties (name and settings) and workspace selector (to select working with the site, files, databases, or reports). In the right pane (the white content pane) you view reports, edit files, and so on. At the bottom there is a notification bar for messages.
